The direction of the CT SIG in 2015

At the CT SIG Annual General Meeting this year, we discussed some of the ideas and concerns of our members (both old and new!). We jotted down some of the talking points we, as a SIG, would like to address in the coming year. We welcome any and all ideas from our members and if there are any concerns about the direction of our SIG, please get in contact with us. Below, you can see many of the ideas and suggestions for topics to be addressed that came up during the AGM. Again, we hope you will join with us in participating with out SIG by presenting, writing articles for our newsletter, and submitting papers for our yearly peer reviewed journal.

Looking forward:

We will be looking for people to help with peer review, so if you would like to assist in the 2015 issue of CTLL and love reading submissions, we need you!

Presenters for the 2015 CT SIG Forum! It is not too early to start being considered for a slot in our next forum!

Articles for the CT Scan. We need authors who would like to share their opinions and/or methods for introducing CT into their classrooms.

Articles for the CTLL. Submission guidelines will be posted in the next few months as we decide on the word limits, sections, etc.

Definitions of CT: We would love to hear how you define CT. We are trying to give the CT SIG a definition that will give us direction going into the future.

There are many things that we can still do as members of this great SIG. If you would like to help, please contact us from the contact page. Remember to CC a copy to ctscaneditor@gmail.com.

Critically yours,

The Executive Board
