Critical Thinking in the Classroom 2025, the annual conference of the JALT Critical Thinking SIG, will be help on August 2nd, 2025, at the Neyagawa Campus of Setsunan University (located between Kyoto and Osaka). This year we are holding it in association with the JALT Kyoto Chapter and Ludic Language Pedagogy. It will feature nearly 30 presentations on critical thinking in language learning courses. The conference fees are as listed below:
JALT Members: 1000 yen
JALT Non-members: 2000 yen
JALT Member Students: 500 yen
JALT Non-member Students: 1000 yen
Conference fees will be paid in cash at the registration desk on the day of the conference. To ensure that you receive a printed name card, please register by July 30th. Late registrations and walk-up registrations are possible, but you will receive a handwritten name card rather than a printed one.
