An April update

Greetings Critical Thinkers!

Things have been busy here at the CT SIG over the past month. While we have had some internal changes with officers (more on that in the coming weeks) we are still planning for the future with events and publications.

Events!

We will have the CT SIG Forum at the PanSIG conference in Kobe on May 16th and 17th. If you can come to the Kobe City University of Foreign Studies on those days, please check out the CT SIG Forum! We will have 3 presenters talking on a variety of CT related topics. We are currently working on organizing more events this year (we will also have a forum at JALT International Conference) and will update you as soon as we get confirmation on other events.

Publications!

We are currently accepting submissions to our November CT Journal, Critical Thinking and Language Learning (CTLL) Vol. 2! Please head over to the Submissions page to learn more about the word limits, formatting, and other important information.

The Future!

As was mentioned earlier, there are some internal changes underway with our SIG. Once things have been finalized, we will announce all of the new information and ways we hope you can participate more in the SIG.

We hope that this 2015 is going to be a great one for the CT SIG and YOU! Make sure to contact us if you have ideas for presentations or submissions for CTLL. We want to put your ideas out there and provide you with a audience with similar educational interests.

As always, critically yours,

The CT SIG Board of Directors
